She is a 4 time national martial arts champion and champion figure competitor in the bodybuilding National Physique Committee. Our private fitness studio offers personal training, nutrition coaching and massage therapy. Each student will have a program that best suits their specific needs. You will learn how to lose body fat, build lean muscle, improve general health and well being.
